I'm Finally Posting Again!!

It has been so long since I last posted. I am going to put my blog on private but I haven't yet because I am waiting to receive everyone's email addresses so that I can allow them to view mine. That is why I haven't posted in so long. Anyways, I decided to just go ahead and post something since it has been so long. Well, Layni is now 9 pounds 12 ounces. She hasn't been gaining a ton of weight because she has been sick. She has a pretty bad cold and an ear infection. I had to take her to the doctor the other day to get her shots and it was so so sad. Layni hardly ever cries and it was so hard to watch her in so much pain. I seriously love being a mom though. It is the best job in the whole world. Layni is smiling now and it is so fun. I keep trying to get a picture of it but I can't seem to get a good one. I will keep trying and post it as soon as I do.

I just saw that I have been tagged by a few people to write 6 facts about myself that you might not know so here it is....

1. I guess I will start with what I do for a job. I have been coaching tumbling for a few years now. I quit coaching for a while when I was pregnant but I have started again and I am adding more classes in January. It is an awesome job because I hardly work at all but I make really good money doing it. When Cody and I got married, I decided to quit coaching where I was at and decided to coach neighborhood kids in our garage. I bought a bunch of mats and past out fliers and the classes built up really fast. Anyways, that isn't super interesting but at least its something about me right?

2. I Love Christmas Time!! Cody thinks I'm crazy because I start listening to Christmas music and watching Christmas movies even before Thanksgiving. He tries to make me wait but its so hard! haha. This time of year just makes me so Happy!

3. I just got released from being a Miamaid advisor. Can you believe that! I still feel like I should be in Young Women. haha. When I went to stake activities, the other leaders would look at me like..."Is that Laurel pregnant" haha it was kinda embarrassing. It was so much fun being able to teach those girls and be there friend. I loved it!

4. Cody and I have a dream car!! Every time we see a Black Lexus IS 350 we just about faint! haha. We probably should be looking for a family size vehicle now but man its hard! We thought about just giving up everything so we could spend all our money on the Lexus but I guess thats not the best idea! haha

5. I love to dance!! Dancing seriously can make me happy at anytime. I haven't been able to dance in so long because I have been pregnant and its so sad. I was able to fly to California with my mom and sister to watch the "So You Think You Can Dance Tour." It was honestly the best show I have ever seen in my entire life! I miss dancing so much but hopefully I will be able to start again soon.

6. So I guess for this last one I am going to just write a few different things to sum it up. I hate when my house is dirty, I can't sleep until at least the kitchen is clean. I love to snowboard. I pole vaulted in high school and a little bit in college. I've always wanted to have a good singing voice. Those of you who remember "Wona" I think will remember what a good singer I am! haha. I hate being alone. I get so bored if I'm not hanging out with somebody. Luckily I have a sister so close in age to me because we do pretty much everything together! Its great! I love the color pink! And last but not least....I love being a mom!! I think I am probably the best mom in the world. haha just kidding. I am far from that but I still love it. It is definitely the job I was made to have.
